Delete your Farmers Market Story data

Farmers Market Story does not use accounts, usernames or passwords. Our servers know you only by a random player ID. Here is how to remove the data linked to it.

Delete analytics right away, in the Game

Open Settings and tap Delete my analytics data. This immediately deletes the detailed play analytics linked to your player ID on our servers. Turn off Share play analytics to stop sending new ones.

Request deletion of all your data

1. In the Game, open Settings › Privacy & Support and note your Support ID.
2. Email support@boringlava.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Support ID. If you made purchases, include an order or transaction ID too.
3. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

Each Game Center or Google Play Games account you have signed in with keeps its own game data and Support ID. To delete more than one, sign in with each account and send us every Support ID. We never delete one account's data because of a request made for another.

If your version of the Game does not show a Support ID, or you no longer have it installed, email us anyway. Include any order or transaction IDs you have, and we will find what we can.

What we delete

• Your player ID, installation and session records, and any platform sign-in link.
• Daily-reward, event, in-game offer, item-delivery and ad-reward records.
• Detailed play analytics.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of real-money purchases and refunds that we must keep for tax, accounting or fraud prevention, for 7 years. They are no longer linked to your player ID or game progress.
• Anonymous daily totals that cannot identify you (up to 13 months).
• Encrypted backups, which expire within about 30 days.

What happens in the Game

Your progress on your device is not affected. Uninstall the Game to remove it. After deletion, earlier purchases and event rewards can no longer be restored through us. Data held by Apple, Google or Google AdMob is managed through your Apple or Google account settings.
