Farmers Market Story Support

What to include
- Your platform (iPhone/iPad or Android) and the app version.
- For a purchase problem: the order or transaction ID from your Apple or Google Play receipt.
- A short description of what happened.
Never send passwords, payment card numbers, or full receipts or screenshots of your payment details. We will never ask for them.
Purchases and refunds
- Missing item after buying: reopen the Game while online; purchases are delivered automatically. If it is still missing, email us with the order or transaction ID.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play through Google Play refund help. When a refund is granted, any unspent gems or undelivered items from that purchase are removed from the Game.
